Dale Fravor, Electrician's Mate 2/c, born July 17, 1926, Toledo, OH.  He joined the USNR Feb. 22, 1944, and was stationed at NTS Great Lakes, USS West Virginia, PSC Bremerton, WA.
     Memorable experiences:  following a Japanese destroyer into Tokyo Bay when peace agreement was signed; also, going ashore at Yukosuka, Japan.
     His awards and medals include the WWII Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal w/4 stars and Philippine Liberation Medal w/2 stars. He was discharged May 18, 1946, as EM2/c.
     Married Joyce Webber and has three children and six grandchildren.  Employed 34 years with Champion Spark Plug Co. as an electrician.  He lives in Toledo, OH, and enjoys bowling, golfing and watching football.
