Ross W. Huffman, EMP2, born Oct. 20, 1925, Grand Rapids, OH. He joined the USN in October 1943 and was stationed at Great Lakes NTS and in USS West Virginia (BB-48).

His memorable experience was living on a battleship and experiencing everything that happened on board.  Awards and ribbons include the American Theater Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon w/4 stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon w/2 stars. He was discharged May 9, 1946.

Married N. Faye and they have three children and eight grandchildren. Employed as electrician at Chrysler Jeep, Toledo, OH, until retiring on April 30, 1996. His hobbies are woodworking, baseball, basketball and golfing.
